An operations leader who builds with AI.

I am a strategic operations leader with over 18 years of experience across telecoms and the nonprofit sector. I currently serve as Country Director at HarryCares Foundation, where I oversee the Women and Girls Initiatives, including the SuperMom maternal health programme.

Through Rutek Associates, I train teams to automate repetitive work with AI, and I coach leaders and women in operations to grow with clarity and confidence. I also mentor teenage girls, because the next generation of African women leaders deserves early investment.

I hold an MSc and work with clients in Nigeria and around the world.
